I'm going to use this vault as the default channel for communicating plans, goals, guidelines, and thought processes going forward. It's not meant to be a replacement for anything, but Cas gave me this idea recently and it happened to be during a time where I found myself constantly having to write those things into a session with Claude anways. So this is also an attempt to get rid of that repeated cost - I can't tell you how many times I've typed "there's no users yet you don't need to make it backwards compatible!"
With the way everything is evolving, I see the value in continually publishing publishing static markdown files that are checked into git. They will also be syndicated to Slack and our website so that you guys don't have to install and sync the vault just to read a note. I'm also hoping that Slack leads to useful discussion which I can then have an agent summarize and add into the vault as well. Also, everyone is free to post on here - you can read more on that as well as the general structure of the vault in the _system/VAULT_GUIDE
I also have some systems in place automatically creating daily digests for me since I myself tend to forget stuff, so I may have that write to here too. The "Weekly Update" digests are actually completely generated by littlebird.
I'm writing these in our team obsidian vault - if you want to use Obsidian, there's a license key in 1 Password. The published vault is accessible at obsidian.dm.sh, Github, or in the obsidian vault itself. It's encouraged to ask questions - any discussions here will probably be great context to feed into agents.
